A Time Traveler is a fictional character who is a pivotal part of the Continuum novels. His real identity has never been revealed, but numerous adaptations of the books have given his various names.
Sources which try to keep as much continuity with the actual novel have given several other names to the Time Traveler: Moses (Moses' last name not known, the Time Ship) the Antichrist (The Antichrist is the Time Ship) The Great Disruption (The Great Disruption is the Time Ship) the Creator (the Creator is the Time Ship)
It is possible to be a Time traveler, the time traveler. This character can be any human who can change the time for whatever reason. This can be for reasons such as travelling back and forth through time, or travelling forward in time to prevent someone from killing their parents, or travelling forwards to kill your grandfather, etc. These people can do it in either direction without changing anything else about themselves.
Time travelling is an extremely complicated process, requiring a great deal of skill and knowledge, as well as the use of different dimensional time systems such as parallel worlds, wormholes and the likes. The time traveler has the power to manipulate these dimensions in order to travel through time.
There are many times in Continuum when the Time Travelers makes use of these dimensional dimensions. For instance, there are parallel worlds created by alternate versions of the main characters. When the time traveler makes use of the parallel world, they are able to find themselves in the past, where they are the main character, or in the future, where they are the secondary protagonist. They can also visit both versions in order to see the effects of their actions in each alternate version, while being able to see how they will affect the main character in the present.
The time traveler also finds themselves visiting other places in time and space such as planets, dimensions and time points. The time traveler has the ability to alter timelines at will, creating ripples in time, and space.
As mentioned, the time travelers are allowed to visit alternate versions of their future selves in order to affect their present actions, or to visit their past selves in order to change their past actions. For instance, if the time traveler kills his grandfather in the future, he can travel back in time in order to kill his grandfather, or if he was killed in the past he can go back and change the event causing his death. in order to alter how he dies.
The Time Travelers is the only characters who have no memories in Continuum; their brains contain the information and knowledge of the entire timeline. universe, including the past, present and future. It is possible to take the same information the brain contains, and alter this information in order to make decisions and live different lives in different versions of the timeline, but this requires the time traveler to become a god like entity in the future, using their knowledge of the entire timeline and their abilities of manipulation.
However, the Time Travelers can influence other people with their thoughts, allowing them to affect events. The Time Traveler's actions can cause people to suffer physical harm. or even be killed or made to do things they would normally not. in the alternate timeline in order to alter events and the outcomes in other dimensions.
